Welcome to One Cleaner - Clean Up Storage! We are an iOS app designed to help you free up storage, organize your photos, contacts, and calendar, and keep your device running smoothly. Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Policy explains how One Cleaner (the "App") handles your information. 1. We do not collect personal information
The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you. All cleaning, organizing, and optimization processes happen entirely on your device. Your photos, contacts, calendar events, messages, and any other data never leave your device.
2. Feature-related notes
During general app usage, the App may receive limited non-personal diagnostic information, such as:
- Basic device region settings
- Device language
- Crash logs
- Approximate network information (non-identifiable)
This information is used solely to improve app performance and stability.
3. App features
The App provides the following local, on-device tools to help you manage storage and keep your device tidy:
- Photo & Video Cleaner: Detect and remove duplicate photos, similar images, screenshots, and large videos.
- Contact Management: Find and merge duplicate contacts, remove contacts without names or phone numbers.
- Calendar Cleanup: Delete old, recurring, or spam calendar events.
- Large File & Media Scanner: Identify and help you delete oversized files and attachments saved on your device.
All operations are performed locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
4. Third-party services & analytics
To improve the App and understand how it performs, we use the following third-party services that may collect limited, anonymized, non-personal data. This includes various analytics tools that help us evaluate general usage patterns, external service providers that support the App's technical operations, advertising partners that assist with non-personalized promotional activities, and AI-driven technologies that enable or enhance certain features within the App. All such tools and services are integrated with a strong focus on privacy, ensuring that no personally identifiable information is collected or used.
5. Permissions explained The App requests the following permissions only to deliver its core features:
- Photos -- Required to scan, clean, compress, and hide your photos/videos.
- Contacts -- Required to detect and merge duplicate contacts.
- Calendar -- Required to remove unwanted events.
You can revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. The App will simply stop offering the corresponding feature.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted inside the App and on our App Store page with an updated effective date. Continued use of One Cleaner app after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
